Your first box ships immediately after your order. After that, we'll send a new box every three months on the same date. You'll receive an email notification before each delivery. If you'd like to request specific scents, just email us a few days before your next box is due and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes — you can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Log into your account and manage your subscription directly, or contact us at hello@pourable.co.uk and we'll sort it for you straight away.

1. Remove everything from the bag except the wax. Microwave for 2 minutes with 1–2cm clearance at the top. Or boil in water until melted.
2. Place the wick in the centre of your jar and secure with the wick holder.
3. Pour the melted wax and allow to set for at least 3 hours.
4. Trim the wick to 1cm, light and enjoy.
