We're confident you'll love your Pourable candles — but if something isn't right, we've made returns as simple as possible. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, no questions asked.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
10 business days
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Questions about a return? Email us directly
You can log in to your customer account and initiate the returns process, or contact us at hello@pourable.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened and unused — and in its original packaging. We're unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
Returns are paid for at the customer's own expense, unless agreed otherwise. If your item arrived damaged or faulty, we'll cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us and we'll arrange a label for you.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Email us at hello@pourable.co.uk with a photo and we'll make it right straight away.
We love our scents and we're sure you will too — but we can't accept returns if you simply don't like the smell. Send us an email and we'll do our best to work something out for you. We don't want you to be unhappy. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on gift cards, or items purchased through a third-party retailer (which must be returned to them directly).
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Get in touch and we'll guide you through the process.
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@pourable.co.uk.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order where you can manage your subscription directly. If you need help, just get in touch and we'll sort it for you.
