Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days. Express delivery takes up to 2 working days. All times are estimates — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.
We currently only offer delivery within the UK. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — watch this space.
If you purchase a subscription, we'll deliver every 3 months on the same date the original subscription was taken out. You'll receive a notification before each delivery.
If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we'll let you know as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date. If you have concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
We take great care in packaging your order, but if something arrives damaged please contact us at hello@pourable.co.uk with a photo and we'll make it right straight away.
